Shevon “Shevvy” Maxwell brings more than 22 years of military leadership, operations, and program management experience to the work she does today. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, she has led teams, managed complex programs, and developed leaders in high-pressure environments where communication, accountability, and performance matter.

As a Certified Master Instructor and Academic Instructor, Shevvy has delivered more than 1,000 hours of leadership and emotional intelligence training and has trained more than 1,200 senior leaders annually.
